Qualifications
Approved and qualified applications are required before scheduling a showing at the property.
Credit Score
- Credit score of 600 or higher
Income
- Steady employment or other acceptable source of regular income for 2+ years.
- Three most recent paystubs required
- Gross monthly income at least 3.0 times the monthly rental rate.
- The most recent bank statement is required and should show proof of move-in funds, including at least the security deposit and first month’s rent.

Application
- Completed application with all required documents submitted
- No Evictions
- Must pass additional background checks
