I recommend EPMG for all your property management needs. Although my property is outside of the Saint Matthews area, they show unmatched attention to detail. I appreciate the standard that they keep houses. They do a great job of maintaining and bettering the home while under management. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying with this company for the last year. The house I was renting need so much renovation to the kitchen and bathroom and they came in & did just that. I felt way more comfortable and at home once that was done. I appreciate the company and everything they did for me in the last year.

I am so positively shocked by the care I have received from these guys! I have never had a single concern with my rental property. I have been renting for months now, loved every second. As I do have an older home (that I NEVER want to leave), I have had a few minor issues which have all been fixed either same day or next morning. Communication is absolutely outstanding, payments are extremely reasonable, and again cannot say enough about their care. As i’m new to the area, Joey and Summer have referred me to friends of theirs to acquire some new animals, help with my small business, you name it… I highly recommend that anyone look into their houses to turn into a home. I have never enjoyed any of my previous homes this much. The stories they knew about when the home was first built truly touched my heart. Incredible couple, I truly look to them as mentors in opening my business as well. Thanks for everything guys!
